About Me

My name is Hayden and I am the creator of HC fitness. Being a fan of and

participating in sport my whole life, I also wanted to study and learn more

about what drives a competitor to achieve more not only on the field but to be

the best they can be in everyday life.

My approach to training is based around three main areas: Workout, Cardio

and Core. I see this as the foundation which will build the house so to speak

and to enjoy seeing the results along the way.

Nutrition is one of the areas that is important and is what will make or break

an individual. My approach to nutrition is based upon feeding yourself and

feeling satisfied with what you eat! At no point will you see me ‘bulk’, ‘cut’ or

‘count calories’ as i believe these are really not necessary and can become

somewhat of a nuisance to people. Learning the benefits of certain foods will

have a far better impact on results as well as your health in the long term.

Overall I believe that working out should be fun and enjoyable for everyone

and that we all can look and feel the best that we can be.

I am willing to meet with clients in a gym or home setting within
the region of Longford, Cavan,  Mullingar and Athlone!
I am always available through WhatsApp so if I cant make it in
person, you will be sure to reach me through this platform where
I will go into detail and explain any exercise or nutrition
questions or any fitness questions in general.
