About Me

My name is Hayden and I am the creator of HC fitness. Being a fan of and

participating in sport my whole life, I also wanted to study and learn more

about what drives a competitor to achieve more not only on the field but to be

the best they can be in everyday life.  My belief is that i can work with you to hit your goals and feel great about yourself at the same time.

My philosophy

My approach to training is based around three main areas: Workout, Cardio

and Core. I see this as the foundation which will build the house so to speak

and to enjoy seeing the results along the way.

Knowledge, Consistency & Time is needed to achieve your goals.

Nutrition is one of the areas that is important and is what will make or break

an individual. The word ‘DIET’ is to assume that it is something that is to be completed over a short period of time and at the same time not to be enjoyed.

The reality is the word ‘Diet’ should be eliminated from your mindset – why? because if it is not going to be fun!! So following a plan that combines a permanent and enjoyable ‘Nutrition’ plan along with an effective workout is going to lead to a healthy and fulfilling ‘Lifestyle’ giving you control of your everyday life and not having to feel deprived at the same time.

No one is off limits and we will smash your goals together.

  • Full instructions for each exercise
  • €350 for complete 1 to 1 access with me
  • €175 can be paid in two monthly installments
